The Borough is excited to co-host an event with the The Haddon Fortnightly at their clubhouse on the corner of Kings Highway and Grove Street: Tea with Marsha Washington, on Sunday, May 31st from 1 to 3 pm. Tickets are $55.00 and include tea and sandwiches provided by Jane's Tea House.

Martha Washington’s largely overlooked story reveals the important impact women had on America’s early history.
Carol Spacht, a historic interpreter with the American Historical Theater, portrays figures such as Martha Washington for venues including Valley Forge National Park and the Smithsonian Institution. Her performances help audiences engage with history on a personal level.
